Kuhns Glass Neoclassical Motif Electroformed Water Pipe

Superb piece by Kuhns Glass available now.

The empire may have fallen, but the spirit of classical art lives on in this small bent neck water pipe. Kuhns Glass designed this motif by carefully studying the art and pattern styles of Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome. The beautiful metal ornamental and Greek key patterns were fused to the glass using an acid wash, making it not only eye-popping but sturdy.

It also sports a 45 degree 14.5mm joint with a diffused downstem, and comes packed with a matching dome and flower bowl for diversity. No doubt you’ll be prepared for anything with this piece on your side!

Ryan Kuhns, also known as Kuhns Glass, combines his incredible skill in jewelry making and electroforming with glass work to create incredible functional glass art with a historical artistic motif. In fact, his ‘Motif’ series combines glass pipe making with pattern making from different art historical periods – from Greek antiquity and beyond.
